Pumice stone from our own quarry in Türkiye
Light, porous volcanic foam, screened to the grain size you order – for construction, horticulture and industry.
Pumice stone forms when gas escapes from magma and the lava freezes instantly. What remains is a rock full of fine pores: low density, high porosity, thermal insulation and a neutral pH that keeps growing media stable. Buyers also search for it as pumice, pumice stone or volcanic foam.
IBMINERAL mines pumice in its own pit in Osmaniye, crushes and screens it to the agreed grading. The batch stays traceable from extraction to loading, and the port of Iskenderun is about 40 km away.
Besides our own quarry in Osmaniye we supply pumice from Kayseri – a second material with different porosity and a lighter colour, offered per project.
